Physical Therapy / Wellness Evaluation
This is a one-on-one evaluation with a licensed PT. The PT will go over all systems that may be impacting your balance and function; including, but not limited to: strength, sensation, vestibular screen, balance, and functional assessment. The PT will then come up with an individualized treatment plan to help you achieve your goals. Each client will be educated in and provided with a personalized exercise program to address the deficits that are identified.

Physical Therapy / Wellness Treatment
This service is in-home physical therapy / wellness treatments to address limitations found on initial examination. Treatments can include any of the following and more: therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, strengthening, stretching, gait, balance training, and/or education.

Vestibular Evaluation & Treatment
Have you ever had a spinning sensation when getting out of bed? Have you ever had trouble staying focused when turning your head quickly? If you have, you may be suffering from a vestibular impairment. Strength & Balance PT has specialized training in vestibular evaluation and treatment. They will spend time performing specific tests to determine if your vestibular system is functioning normally and how it may be impacting your balance. Concussion Evaluation & Treatment
Have you suffered from a concussion? Concussions can have debilitating symptoms that can impact your entire life. We are specialized in treating individuals of all ages who have either suffered from a recent concussion or years prior. The evaluation will cover all systems that may be impacted by your concussion; including, but not limited to: oculomotor, balance, vestibular system, response to exercise, symptom triggers, and recommendations for symptom management; where relevant, referral to appropriate medical professional(s). Treating a concussion is multi-disciplinary and half the battle is figuring out who you need to see to help you. Virtual PT / Wellness (Telehealth)
All you need is an internet connection and a webcam! By analyzing your functional movements, your strength and listening to your challenges, we can help identify your weak spots and teach you how to address them.

Pediatric Physical Therapy

NeuroStrong is a specialized strength and conditioning program designed for individuals with neurologic diagnoses such as Parkinson’s disease, multiple sclerosis, stroke, functional neurologic disorder (FND), and more.
